I started Bhide’s Science Classes in June 1998 for not only to fulfil passion my teaching passion but also to positively contribute to the development of India. The class started with just three students and have till now have taught thousands of students. An educated youth has the power to transform a nation. Science is a pillar of scientific and engineering development. Scientist, architects, engineers are the bedrock of development of a society.
I have developed a unique blend of academic excellence and administration in our class. I personally ensure that we have a proper teaching plan. I also make sure that the number of lectures according to topic weightage. We have a well-defined time table along with periodic preplanned tests. I insist that we have one specific faculty for one specific subject. We also make sure to touch all corners of the syllabus.
I have developed a unique methodology for Physics problem-solving. I have pioneered different learning tricks and mnemonics also. I have deeply studied and identified specific differences between Board Exam and Entrance exams which needs to be communicated with students. My team and I always encourage students to ask doubts and we make sure to answer each and every doubt. We also teach students how to do time management.
I am a firm believer in developing student-teacher rapport since learning is an experience and not a mechanical process. I am strict about giving sufficient notes only. I don’t follow the thinking that more number of pages of notes means more learning.
I have developed a unique standard of giving a detailed solution of the problems for each test. With the methodology students learning enhances incrementally.
I was a lecturer at Modern College, Pune between 1992 to 2001. Due to my keen interest in human development rather than only machines, I decided to follow my passion for teaching. I picked up my teaching skills in this job. I not only focused on teaching but also on varied activities like science association, arts circle, industry-academia interactions and so on. Along with the teaching routine in college, I started teaching in private coaching classes and discovered immense satisfaction in teaching.
I worked with the company Ultramatix Systems Pvt. Ltd. having collaboration with RTE Deltech, US. I was a Customer Support Engineer. I travelled across India and provided customer support to the clients. I worked in this hob between 1988 to 1992.
I have completed Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Telecommunications in 1988.

We have one the best infrastructure. We have parking space for student vehicles. The classrooms are sound proof. Classrooms are equipped with speakers and projection facilities. We have installed CCTV cameras for the security.We have clean washrooms.
